At 0:15 he says "I've been a nudist since I was born". And at 0:34 the news anchor says "Emma Schroeder was also living her life as a nudist and streaker." She repeats it again later around 0:55. And regardless, tan lines are gross.

they are not nudists just streakers , they have tan lines so therefore they wear pants most the time.
